After plenty of reflection after last nights game. It’s clear that Birmingham came with a game plan and they executed it.

They sat two banks of four and hit us on the break. They waited for the inevitable mistake and seized upon it. We’ve been sussed out and so has the diamond.

Struber needs to learn to mix it up when it’s not working. He needs to counter the tactics that work so effectively against us

I’m all for picking faults with individual players but it’s looking like it’s much deeper than that now

Again. People haven’t looked at his CV properly. He got sacked from his first proper job where he lost 6 out of his last 8 games. He then took over at the start of this season when the previous manager moved on. He’s never built a team. Doesn’t know how to deal with or change a team that’s struggling. Again another poor decision by the board.

They'd not kept a clean sheet for 18 games. I'm pretty sure that's even longer than our last one. They may have set up to frustrate but it's a testament to how utterly fking hopeless we are that we didn't manage to create a single clear opportunity.

I don't think a game plan is needed to beat us. Not unless the game plan is simply to turn up.

I've thought a lot about why we've only won 5 out of 32 league matches this season. Or 6 out of 35 league and cup matches. I've conducted an in-depth analysis of tactics, selection, recruitment, motivation, formation and fitness. And I've reached an answer. I think the reason is because most other teams have got better players than we have.

See Liverpool are interested in Birminghams young 16 year old prospect Jude Bellingham
who played against us last night.

The Board are saying that he can go if Liverpool are prepared to pay £30 million.
How can anyone with a mere twenty nine first team games be worth that amount of money.?

We make at least one glaring defensive error every game - usually it's two or three.

I've come up with a game plan that's almost guaranteed to get you points against this Barnsley side: just give it to our goalkeeper and wait.

Even if Cauley scores a worldie you'd get a draw at worst.
