It was nice to see the new management team getting their message across to the team. You could see the gaffer pushing the full backs on and one of the coaches down the other side doing the same. If they can get the message across and bring in the right player to compliment what we've got I can see it being a good season of attacking football. I know it was only a friendly but you could see what the manager wanted and the players especially in the second half responded to it and at times our forward play looked spot on and 7 could of been 10 in the end.
Good to hear. I wonder if a formation like the one England are playing would work for us? We have 3 good CB's, not use whether Hedges or Isgrove would work as wing backs though.
Not sure if you saw Dylan Mottley Henrys short interview. He did say they've been working on what he described as "5 at the back" and 4-4-2.
Toby Carvery lol, is that a roast beef dinner with yorkie pudd and all the trimmings ?. I like to hear that from the fans who went last night, and if its true that Stendel and his coaches are trying to teach our players that pressing/attacking game, then fingers crossed that at least we're making some sort of effort on the pitch. Off it though, well thats another subject altogether and if or when Bradshaw leaves, then who else will want to leave as well for the extra money ?. Im still worried about what lies ahead.
