In phone contact with Utility Warehouse who assured me e-mails had been sent to me.
No sign of anything in 'Inbox' or 'Other.'
    Nothing in 'Junk'

When I keyed in 'Utility Warehouse' in the Search box - top left of page all the e-mails from U W appeared.
    Why were they stored seperatley?

They might be getting automatically filtered into other folders, though that would be odd if you haven't set it up like that. It will depend on what software and what email provider you use. Gmail has the Primary, Promotions and Social subfolders for example. Maybe something like that isn't getting read in.

    thanks.
Until recently all Utility Warehouse e-mails came into 'Inbox' as normal and I hadn't set up any folders.
Problem started when I changed Service Provider from BT to Utility Warehouse - couldn't see any contracts from UW nor the all important text giving details of when I could change over from BT to UW.
I wonder if for some reason BT were somehow diverting them ??

Fingers crossed the change over seems to have gone smoothly.......
    Cheers!

You should be able to change which folder emails go to quite easily. I use Gmail for my business & need to filter out all the promo stuff I get sent from bookings & other important stuff. Suspect that is the issue. What @budmustang said basically.

If you are using Outlook on a desktop, you may have options at the top of your inbox (“focused”, “other”) etc.

Make sure you check both because your messages may be getting filtered - not spam but not of interest - as “other”.
