    He does talk well Lampard, he's definitely got more about him than Jenas or Danny Mills, so you can see why he's ended up in management and they're on the sofa.

    I always said it was madness that Lampard couldn’t play in a central two for his club but was expected to for England after a season of 55 games or so.

    Sven’s era was all about fitting Rooney, Owen, Beckham, Gerrard & Lampard all in the same even though it’s impossible to play them all together in a balanced side
