Great stuff. They do appear to be "in it together " and they all seem to respect Daniel Stendel which is very encouraging. I truly hope the Board come up with realistic offers when this current crop of players Contracts come up for renewal. It's obvious, that some who probably are not quite good enough to play consistently in the Championship will go, because that's the nature of the game. Whilst probably being disappointed, they can hopefully, draw some comfort from the fact that they contributed to this seasons success and that that will be recorded indelibly in the rich heritage of our Football Club. Well done to every single player, who has pulled a shirt on for us this season, they've collectively been a joy to watch.
What's the Cup that Kieffer is holding. Anyone know please. ? If further proof were needed, Alex Mowatt's celebrations shows that he is very happy where he is and I genuinely feel that he loves playing for the Club. Leeds supporters are still insisting on Twitter, that he should never have been released and ought to be invited back to play at Elland Road again. I don't think there's the remotest chance that that will happen. particularly as he's signed an extension to his Contract. He's hopefully a true Red now. Hope he can score a couple against Leeds when they rock up at Oakwell next season. Now that wouldn't half add to the irony of the situation.
I hope Mowatt took his cap off for a whip round for the driver, as he earned his fee driving home in that noise
