It seems to me that Schopp hasn't imposed any identity of his own on the team at all. We keep the same formation but play a different style, passing out more from the back and less direct. Surely the formation needs to change to suit the new style? Schopp doesn't seem to really have any clear idea of what we're doing and the players definitely don't.

Let's face it, footballers aren't the brightest, they need a clear and simple plan. Ismael gave them that and it worked. Schopp doesn't seem to have the personality or the tactical nous to get them organised or motivated.

Also, just how bad must Devante Cole be if Oduor, Frieser and Adeboyajo all get in the side before him?? Has anyone seen him in the U23s? Is he really that bad???

Trouble is, it must be difficult to judge based on performances for the u23s, now that even that side is in transition having sent half of the team to Denmark. Kane was roundly written off after an u23s game, but is now seemingly a standout player at Oxford. Albeit in a league below.

Way I see it, Odour, Frieser and Vic have been given a run. Time to give the same luxury to Iseka, Cole and possibly even Thompson. Let’s face it, they cannot look less like scoring.

Totally agree with this, vic freiser and odour have had there chance. Time to get iseka fit enough to start and give him a few full games same with Thompson and Cole. Cole always seemed a strange signing to me I know he scored a few championship goals before when he was at Bolton and a few in Scotland but even kane hemmings managed that. But seemed like a very big gamble and on a 4 year deal.
Looks like a crazy decision to loan herbie kane out by schopp looking at our central midfield if he can't get in there or be competing for a place he should hang them up.

He isn't going to be able to impose any identity when he doesn't have any. He's like a robot, no personality showing whatsoever

This, his body language is awful! Like he doesn't want to be at the club!
