First episode...first 5 minutes is like we've had to live the last 9 months, especially " Exercise is walking 6ft apart...no talking to those in front of you or behind".

Top TV comedy, still makes me laugh after all these years.

Introduced daughter to first episode of only fools and horses last night. Will try her on Porridge tonight!

I work with Dick Clement's son. Met his dad on a work trip once - sat in the sun sharing a few beers. What an absolute gent and he should be lauded in the same way as Shakespeare, Dickens, Wodehouse etc... Arguably the finest comic writer of his generation.

Ah. Porridge is superb (as was anything with Ronnie Barker in it.) Was made before I was born, but far superior to any comedies made today. Surprised they're still allowed to broadcast it with some of the "non PC" jokes in it.

Watched them all plus the film they made during the first lockdown.

Still watch the old Last of the Summer Wine episodes too.
