    v Middlesborough.
Got no video at all so complained to Paypal. They took it up with EFL and have just confirmed my refund.
    Success of a sort.
I've tried a couple of times since to pay via Paypal and it ended with an error message so I used my ordinary bank details. Have they stopped using Paypal as a method of payment?

I noticed the paypal option had disappeared when I put in my code for the QPR game - didnt think anything of it but it does seem strange to remove the option - its a fairly well established way of paying online.
Also you can get a refund from your credit card if you pay for a service you dont receive

Paypal is expensive for sellers, especially for low cost items.

Well that might stop me using my free codes, I’m reluctant to put card details in tbh

The Middlesboro game pales into insignificance compared to the Reading game. Wish I could unsee that one :)

Paypal got me the refund, I bet I couldn't have got it by myself. At least you could fall back on them to help, like a credit card.

I got myself a pre paid currency card that is multi currency including £. open it up with the minimum amount, pop down to the cash machine and withdraw so you have a zero balance, then use the card details for all 'zero' transactions. I'm still using an old Thomas Cook one that is valid until end of 2021 and had no problem with I- follow using it. The bonus is, if they do try to take some money, there isn't any there to take!

Monzo bank with premium accounts (£5/month) lets you do virtual card details. You can then disable the 'virtual card' and only enable it when you need it.

You can disable any card if you have online banking usually.

Yep, they've changed it back so you can use PayPal again
