    It’s an aeroplane right ? Not sure what’s special about it but did it pick Mladen and a good few of the deadwood up ?

    Nice idea to give the heads up but it would have been out of range of the Barnsley air defences even the better quality air rifles!:p

    I think a C17 aircraft IS pretty special. They’re not often seen and I’ve never seen one except at an air show.

    Thought it was unusual because of the really dark colour of the underbelly of the aircraft and the fact that it was completely off the usual flight paths above our house.
