I thought it was quite relevant to recent events.

If con way and co had a clause agreeing to buy the ground which both parties have said they have, and if O"January 27, 2020 however, the Club, for the first time, was informed by the Cryne Family that another party had sought to enforce their own option to purchase Oakwell" as they claim on the official site then what was so complicated about taking up the option that and been legally agreed back then?

 

Think or pretty sure I was at that. I seem to recall that someone asked about if they were going to purchase the ground. The answer was something like there was a timescale in place and that had to come around before they could do it ....

Disclaimer - it was deffo in the ES exec box/suite.

But tbh if the Crynes side is correct and they're after 2.75 mill of umpaid loans then what's the chance of them stumping up coin for a ground purchase?;?
