Either is acceptable - and in fact the version with the e is the older and more ‘English’ (as opposed to American) spelling. ‘Judgment’ has been used for many a year, but the spelling of it with an e is not wrong.
Perhaps in general usage of the word (e.g. "exercising judgement") but for a legal decision it's a judgment.
It seems both spellings have occurred in different contexts: https://www.dailywritingtips.com/judgement-or-judgment/ However, the Supreme Court website omits the 'e': https://www.supremecourt.uk/
I can't stand her but she was very cutting of Johnson and his mounting list of failures in an article yesterday (I assume you mean she is pro-Tory).
I take it back. Looking back over her career she's courted controversy for being a guest speaker at a Tory conference and received death threats from Labour supporters.
