On GMB this morning … you’ve got to love him.

“ Danny Boyle on the bum” somehow sums up his thoughts about how he’s been treated and that Boyle has gone ahead with the documentary without Rotten’s contribution or backing.

At some point in the last 5-10 years hes become a full-on MAGA after originally being an Obama supporter and has some quite interesting views on the UK for someone who has rarely been back in the last 5-10 years. He appears to be heading down the QAnon rabbithole with Morrissey.

If I’d got a choice between living in Danny Boyle’s world or John Lydon’s I'm afraid it’s a no brainer.

JL might have been responsible for some very exciting music 40+ years ago, he’s just turned into an old white privileged bloke.

If him and Morrissey had died at 35 they’d forever be remembered as heroes, instead they got the opportunity to become old Nobheads. It’s sad really.

He’s still the main icon of one of the greatest rock and roll bands since the mid seventies.
    And, he’s a good laugh !!

Probably an unpopular opinion, but despite it being my music genre of choice, I can't stand the Sex Pistols. Not because of the band, but because John Lydon's voice irritates me more than any other 'singer' in the history of mankind.

Public Image Ltd were good, but I wouldn't say they were one of the greatest rock and roll bands since the mid seventies...

Perhaps influential then, but their sound and image was as special as when Zeppelin hit the scene
