    Getting quite abit of heat off our fans on Twitter. Can anyone tell me why? Has he said something?

    If not I cant see what the issue is, was abit shitty how he left the club but understandable.

    One of my favourite players. So talented. Didn't have the body shape and natural fitness to play at the very top level, but he couldn't half play.

    I think there are fans with every club, that as soon as player leaves, they become the enemy but could do little wrong while they were here.
    With the exemption of sam winnall, i cant think of many players who have left under a dark cloud.

    An extremely talented lad, good with both feet and a pleasure to watch when he played for us. He moved on to a Premier League club, so I can't understand the unnecessary & unwarranted abuse he receives. Those dishing out this stick certainly do not speak for me.

    Scorer of one of the best goals I've seen scored by a Barnsley player at Oakwell when we beat Bristol City 4-2 and Jacob scored the third with a turn and strike that Johan Cruyff would have been proud of.

    Only player I’ve seen at Oakwell who could hit inswinging corners from both sides, didn’t have the pace but could beat a man either way. Probably never quite reached his full potential after that dirty tw@t Brown did a job on him.

    I've never understood it either, he was a good player for us and got his big move and made us a fair amount of money. Personally think he was always daft to go when he did as he needed time to recover after his injury but I'm sure his bank balance will cushion the blow.
