Sadly won't be there. Please sing on my behalf. He has been superb. I'd argue that after Pinnock, he has the most potential out of our current squad. Woodrow, Mowatt & Davies might also have a claim. Rate the rest, but looking how high a level players could play at, not where they are now.

I think Guiseley would take issue with that. He joined Barnsley from their academy when he was 17 years old.

Potts was a lose in my opinion but Brown has been fantastic in that midfield

He is an exceptional talent and a real asset to us.
I believe he is a striker, by trade, got his first team break as a makeshift right back then had to adapt to fill the departed Potts' boots, which he has more than adequately done.
He can tackle, shoot, pick out the perfect pass, win headers against much more physical opponents, and best of all, when he scores, he celebrates like a fan.
Nobody knows what the future holds, but I hope we can keep Jacob under the radar for as long as possible because, if he keeps improving, he has a bright future wherever that may be.

I'm going to write him a song now, and it's going to be a love song.
