    Can't work out on my phone how to attach the link but Football Shirt Culture state on Swindons new yellow away shirt in 93 they claimed was just like watching Brazil!

    I've just read a local article, and they think the inspiration for it is that of the Australian kit. Their new owner is Australian.

    I can imagine at the time it was likened to Brazil, but I don't think they were coining the phrase 'its just like watching Brazil'. Especially when you consider they sufferd successive relegations in the seasons they had it as a strip originally.

    I recall when we had the "Brasil" away kit we suffered relegation. I still have the replica shirt from 2001/2(?).

    It was during Parkin's tenure so you could very well be correct. We were relegated because we could not turn draws into wins, despite Gary Jones.
