I queued for 20 or more minutes at half time today to get a drink in the Ponte. Useless ****ing staff falling over themselves , one out of four tills shut for some reason and to top it all off staff actually asking customers how much change they should give them from £7 when they spent £6.60.
Was it just me being gormless or was the central stairwell in the East Stand locked today? I might have gone to the wrong door though, as I did have some pre-match sherbets. Everyone seemed to be going to the end stairwells after the game as well.
