    I thought I'd give you lot first refusal before they go on eBay.
    Epiphone "Black Beauty" Les Paul Guitar with flight case, cables, capo and strap. The guitar is Korean made in March 2005 (according to the serial number). In good condition, no obvious bangs or dents, plays and sounds beautiful. I have the scratch plate somewhere...

    These seem to be selling for between £300 and £600 on eBay.

    Zoom GFX-707 guitar effects pedal including drum simulator and programmable patches. No manual but there are plenty of guides on-line. Works with 4 AA batteries or external DC power supply (not included).

    It's on eBay now, it started at £150 at 7pm, already got 3 bids, currently at £165. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275177332865

    I have a Tanglewood electro-acoustic and it's absolutely great. I've also got a Fender Strat and a Squire Precision bass. The bass lives up the loft so I'm thinking to sell that as well.
