    I’ve been very critical of our board, but they deserve a lot of credit for their part in that.

    So far so good and it’s what we want to see. Hopefully we feel the same in Feb. The board hasn’t changed much but I think the selective addition of experience such as Solbauer, James, has helped.

    Its saved us. It’s probably saved the board too.

    Young players aren’t bad players but they need a little bit of help now and again, we look capable against most teams now. We won’t win every game but barring the odd disaster at least we have a decent chance.
