Is the'Plan' the real cause of it all?

Maybe "The Plan" is the root cause of it all. Selling your better players or not going that extra mile to keep those nearing the end of their contract has caused us to lose two managers (PH and DS) plus members of the training staff not to mention the club's biggest asset....it's fans! If we are now just a football factory supplying other clubs with any of our players regardless of how important they are to our team then it is only gonna end badly . It shows no real aspirations for the club to progress . I go to Oakwell to see my team win and by doing so progress to a higher level. Does the board not think every club is trying to buy cheap and then sell the odd player to make things meet? But in recent years we seem to do it on a scale that I've never seen at Oakwell in 51 years of watching BFC .

 

It can only work if were buying better than were selling..... As it stands at the minute we arent, therefore its pointless. The only thing improving is the bank balance (or not as they keep alluding to).

 

I think some fringe players will be gone in January ie ThIam, Pinillos , Cavare and possibly Dougall. The first three of those seem to have been frozen out of the side. As regards Jordan Green ,well he seems to have vanished into thin air.
