Apologies if I've missed it anywhere. Has anything been said about Benson & Helliwell's injuries? Can't seem to find anything on them (which might be a good thing?) Benson will be a big loss against Wednesday if he's not fit enough, he's like a brand new player. Coming back twice, away, against (in my opinion) a team who will finish in the top 2 this season is an excellent point to gain. Especially considering how poor we've been at winning points after going behind since last season. It was refreshing not seeing our heads drop like usual - I have a good feeling that is down to Duff and his backroom staff
Connell was in the wars throughout the 2nd half. For all the positives to lose both him and Benson would be a sporting disaster.
Doesn’t sound good for young Jordan that. Possibly more positive on Josh Benson. But here’s hoping whatever ‘popped’ isn’t as serious as it sounds for Helliwell.
