Pointless game. Little interest in it and players will think the same. After a long season they will rather be on a holiday as the season starts again in a month.
I really doubt that. They'll be disappointed not to be in the final for sure, but by the time the bronze medal game kicks off, I'm sure that they're desperate to come home with a medal.

Anyone going for the golden boot would be interested. Beyond that I can't see how any of the players would be too fussed. Just my view, if England were in it I wouldn't care in the slightest if we won or not.
I'm working all day & night on Saturday, so if we're not in the final I'll miss it. It's not totally meaningless, but after the disappointment of just missing out on the final, it would be a tough match to raise your spirits for as a player. Maybe, given the size of the World Cup these days they could say that the winners, losing finalists & third place team automatically qualify for the next world cup & be 3 of the top seeds? That way there would be something to play for.
ABSOLUTELY, Harry Kane is leading with 6 his closest rival is Romelu Lukaku with 4. They both have two games left irrespective if its the final or the 3rd place play off. So yes it is very meaningful for those two.
