Should Bolton start next season on -12?

Yes or otherwise they won't have been punished.

Unfortunately for us it's one good reason to say that's it. It ends as it stands and Bolton are down! Then at least the punishment has had some effect.

That’s punishing us as well and we’ve stuck to the rules!
There’s gonna be clubs start the new Championship season and not be able to finish it because they’re bankrupt but yet we’re relegated for following the rules and being self sufficient .
    Worlds gone mad imo .
If we can’t finish the season then it void imo the only fair way is to finish otherwise it’s a sham

If it says in the communication from the authorities that the club will be 'deducted 12 points for season 2019/2020' then it probably wont be carried over into next season.

Despite all the confusion and lack of any real leadership for football 'Management' Macclesfield Town have been docked - think it's 7 points - for not paying players wages and fielding a team against Plymouth?? earlier this season.

Yes they should - the season is voided so the penalty should apply next season
Bit trickier to apply if we do the fiddle where sides are promoted and not relegated though I would argue it should still apply

Depends what it says in the small print - if deduction specifically for 2019/20 and it has already been implemented then doubt if it could legally be carried over to next season.

    Yes. It should apply again.

If the season is cancelled, no games were ever played.

And, besides, I hate Bolton and want them to suffer.

If season is null and voided are any player contracts signed during this season valid?
