    Keeping possession of the ball and short accurate passing we'd be a successful team. It isn't and we've coached the team to be a good at a game that the rest of the league don't play. They all play 'the team that scores the most goals wins'. We don't even set up to try to do that.

    In fairness, there are many other teams in the Championship that aren’t especially proficient at winning football matches.

    Agreed. Even when we have good opportunities, we have not looked confident in front of goal. I wouldn’t blame that on our overall style of play though.

    4th in the league for the amount of shots per game, 5th in the league for amount of shots on target per game. Joint last for number of goals scored.

    To me that says all you need to know about Woodrow playing deep, it's a waste of goals we struggle to get without him.
