Slightly confused they looking to extend opening hours from 11,30pm to 2am how many optictians are open between these hours. If the old bloke was buying his new specs between these hours no wonder he coped a eyeful of the ladies assets.
They are wanting to extend the hours but also wanting to allow music to be played outside the bar and to allow people to buy alcohol and leave the premises. I think the objection is more about them playing loud music outside and the drunks taking their drink with them up the arcade. If theyre already acting like drunken yobs now it will only get worse if they're allowed to be outside
Said man been back to opticians every day last week after complaining saying his glasses don’t quite fit him
I might switch from Specsavers to the spectacle shop if they’re open from half eleven at night to two am… Though their exception is likely about the extension to licensing conditions rather than hours - music and an off-licence as well as on-licence I believe
Bite the bullet, give non food & drink retailers good deals on empty glassworks units and turn that entire arcade into a proper night time/food/drink area. Be class.
Yeah, but I don’t think that would change anything as folk wander up and down the arcade anyway. They probably should rope off an area just outside or something like other bars do.
Last I'll say on this most interesting of topics... Breast Jiggling should be a new Olympic sport Spectacle shops should sell real ale Pubs should sell spectacles
