For me to say, but defending is a simple art. When i used to play I was lucky enough to play in a defence that always had their heads screwed on in regards to organisation. No silly stuff. I remember watching MOTD and Championship highlights and seeing the likes of Roger Johnson/Scott Dann, Brede Hangeland/Chris Baird having that concrete partnership at the back. Not dirty, but no nonsense, well organised and professional. Making it look easy - "sprezzatura" as the Italians say. We brought in Roberts to give that experience, fair enough, but some defensive decisions we've seen this season have been comical and I think Roberts should have responsibility of having a few words with his defenders about composure and not letting the game get the better of you. Just my opinion, but there ought to be some cohesion there
