I Found This Interesting Piece About A War Hero.

Arthur was killed on 5th September 1944. He was killed in Italy on the attack on the gothic line. I am not sure where his grave is

 

I've just found out that Arthur was my mate's Uncle. I've asked my mate the where Arthur's grave is. I'll forward any information I get.

 

Wayne, My mate Dave has just informed me that his Uncle Arthur is buried in either Italy or Malta. He is going to ask his aunt to clarify.

I remember speaking to another BBS poster who informed me that Reds legendary F.A. Cup lifting captain Archie Taylor once lived in Broughty Ferry (where I live) and he is buried in Scone cemetery just outside Perth. I did have a picture of the flat where he lived.
