I could have watched Barnsley last night

    And I chose to watch Morocco vs Malawi. It was a decent game.

    Maybe I’m just not a perfect fan, but that’s a worrying indictment. I loved watching Malawi give absolutely everything against a superior team and although they lost, they made their fans extremely proud.

    I haven’t really felt that way about a Barnsley loss recently.

    Losing is normal and fine, and sometimes even highly respectable if the heart is there. Our losses have just been inept.

    I really worry about next season.
