This furore over the kit hasn’t half taken attention away from the fact we have a game tomorrow and still appear no nearer to having a manager. A Tory’esque dead cat if ever there was one. I see the current favourites are Chris Wilder and Nathan Jones - though I don’t see either as being that likely as we wouldn’t pay them what they’d want and don’t have the playing budget they’d want either. Am I wrong to think it’s just bookies b*llocks, and no more than that, that they’re favourites currently?
If bookies have had money pit on them, they will shorten the odds. Given both "favourites" are 2-1, that suggests to me the market is purely based on money and nothing concrete, in the know etc.
