    Shouldn't imagine you've much chance, there will be summat in the small print allowing them to do anything they want, they'll fall back on only following instruction from efl or wembley. I tried calling them in the week, only to get the opening hours recorded message telling me they were closed as their opening hours were 9-5........it was only 4.45. Then its a bank holiday weekend......
