If you are, effectively, sacked, and certainly if you are sacked with a list of crimes Johnson racked up, you forfeit your right to start dishing out honours to cronies and, unbelievably, relatives. Johnson, who was fined for breaking the law whilst PM and who looks to be almost certain to be found guilty of lying in Parliament, deems it reasonable to award 100 cronies/relatives with honours, compared to the 60-62 that May and Cameron dished out. And to top it all, Johnson has nominated his own father for a knighthood!?!

The deluded **** is still hoping to get back into number 10, when really he should count his blessings if he stays out of prison. One of the first things Labour should do is scrap this farce, preferably before Liz Truss starts compiling her list.

I think Labour are planning to replace the Lords with an elected chamber. Whilst I totally agree with this, a fair voting system is top of my list of reforms.
