And then the inept idiot doesn't book David Davis (?) for going through the back of Watkins.

Hourihane feebly tried to effect a professional foul.

    Rightly got booked for intent.

My thoughts too. We'd be calling for it if it was the other way around.

We wouldn't have got it though with that Burke.

I thought he deserved the booking to be fair but was surprised it took so long. There was a break in play before he got the card so I thought he'd got away with it.

In the build up Scowen was ****ted we got nothing. The ref caused the booking but Conor deserved it. Worst ref in years.

Even if it was a foul and a card why wasn't davies booked for going through the back of Watkins that was a yellow every day of the week. Shocking inconsistent desision's.

The ref seemed to indicate it was for persistent fouls and he indicated the other two places he was guilty, so Id say fair enough.
But the one on Watkins defo booking and what the hell was that all about when he stopped the game as we were breaking (how good are the reds at that btw) just as Morsy was getting up from his head wound, I can only assume the ref missed that one too!

To me it should only really be a booking if it hinders the attacker in anyway. He was already well clear of Hourihane & had no idea he'd attempted anything & didn't even have to alter his stride
