    As a not techy person can anyone tell me how to do a personal message to another BBS member cos I have no idea and would appreciate some help as I see other members offer help to people and would like to do the same, thanks in advance..

    Look at the top of your screen, towards the right, and find "Inbox". Click that, then click "Start a new conversation".

    NB can't do this with everyone as some members don't want this facility.
