Looking at the Leeds forum hecky has no game plan, he has no idea how to utilise the players at his disposal. The majority of our fans who backed him constantly, blaming our players what have you got to say now? Jose Marias has dropped wingers, played 3 up front, got Potts and thiam to up their game. I know people will say well hecky didn't have mcburnie. I know this but hecky didn't bring the best out of anyone. I honestly don't believe heckingbottom will see out the season. In Jose we trust!
I think he will see out the season because he will be able to say it’s not his squad However, poor end to this year for them and an average start then I think they will fire him. I suspect League One will be the next stop for him thereafter or possibly low end championship.
I'd say it's way too early to judge either of them on the back of a few games. Leeds will probably not give Hecky time either way anyway but that in itself is the problem at Leeds. As you rightly point out Jose has a striker who can score goals Hecky didn't. Now we have picked up 4 points from a 3 game spell against some of the worst teams in this league. I am encouraged by that but not ready to hail the conquering hero just yet. A long way to go.
the more I think about it the more I think we would have gone down with hecky this season, we have a fighting chance now , would hecky have ever gone with 3 strikers mama is looking like a different player, moore will start scoring and mcburnie scores when he wants I BELIEVE we will stay up
