I don’t know but £23m is the quoted sale price with Yorks paying almost £1m a year rent. Is about 4.4% annual return on a 23m investment the going rate ?
A quick Google suggests its possibly a little low - although hosting some large concerts or other cricket (100, tests or ODIs, etc.) could improve that. Office spaces normally give 5-5.5%, and shopping centres up to 7.5%.
How is the main stand divided out? Is there a central wall or is it a joint concourse with partitioned retaining wall?
