    I'm not a dad but my two doggies have given me cards with lovely best wishes, written in similar handwriting which is odd, but never mind, and a pack of 12 mixed beers from their spending money.
    We live in an unusual house here.

    Thank you, I’m a father of 3 girls aged 27, 24, and 10, yes 10, It’s probably why I don’t yearn for grandkids, at least not for a few more years. Being taken for dinner this aft within walking distance so I can have a beer or 3.

    Thanks Helen......ive 3 daughters 34.25.and 14 silly names but their mothers Norwegian...lol only kidding about their mother ....chuck into the mix numerous grandkids it's been a busy day.....

    Poignant, isn't it? Lady Kaht and I both lost our fathers last year. On the other hand, today I was able to wish my son-in-law Happy Father's Day - he and Dr Kaht Minor having produced our first grandchild 16 days ago.

    Well it's been almost 4 years since mi Dad died, I've been to his grave today. It does get easier, here's to our present & dearly departed Dads :)
