    Think you beat me to it. It's insane that it's reached this stage. I doubt anybody at the club has any faith in Schopp to turn it around. Not even Schopp himself.

    Why is he still there?

    Yep, just seen it. "The vision of the club is to have 23-year-olds and younger." Not learned a thing.

    They'd rather have a full squad of kids who get ruined by being thrown in at the deep end together, than have a group of 5 or so experienced heads in the squad.

    I thought they'd learned from this. When Sollbauer and James arrived at the club, it helped the other players no end.

    Fairly common. I’ve talked to people who complain their staff are incapable of doing their job. When I’ve pointed out they’re kids who need to learn their trade from someone experienced the response is “Can’t afford that.”

    The logic - as long as were not shelling out, we'll put up with crap work

    I think we're heading back towards their footballing zealotry as an ideology.

    We did bring in Oulare this window, but moreso under Murphy, we pushed that prior philosophy and a mix of ages certainly helped.

    We brought in Helik and Morris, Sollbauer and James and they've all had a huge impact on our squad.

    Our owners don't value know how. At any level.

    Given that, maybe they should sell up to some 18 year olds.

    I'd say a mixture of... They want to give him longer to turn it around... Injuries
    They want to give him longer to turn it around because they don't want to look like numptys for setting him on in the first place. And go na na na we just knew he was wunderbar all along.
    They want to give him longer and hope he turns it around because of the compo..
    And also they haven't yet found someone to takeover who may be better than we've already got.. or desperate enough.

    Age and experience are two different things helik and Morris didn't have much experience sol had played in the europe and at a decent level, James had good experience in the championship.

    Alex mowatt has more championship experience than any of them, woodrow has more experience than definatly 3 of them, callum styles has more championship experience than Morris. Age and experience are 2 diffrent things in football.
