    Sky saying that if an attacker handles the ball in any way it’s handball - is that so?

    It seems that way. There have been a couple of incidents this season where VAR has disallowed a goal even when the handball was clearly accidental but if it is a defender doing the same thing then it's not necessarily a penalty.
