Yeah agree anderson should have been dropped a long time ago. But on Wednesday a few on here were still adamant anderson was a better center back than halme.

Fulham fans reckon the pen shouldnt of been a pen and freekick to there goalie. Ive seen the replay it was a pen and could of been a red card as its a clear goal scoring opportunity.

From some angles it looks as though Brownie clatters the keeper and knocks the ball out of his hands. But theres one angle where you can see clear daylight between them when the keeper loses the ball.

He had his arms round Jacob and manhandled him to the ground. The only reason we got one was because it was so clear cut!

Agree, they looked great. Think Sollbauer is starting to look class. I think it may be too late to save our season, but maybe some sort of miracle escape is going to happen. I do hope so, but it will take a couple more wins for me to think it is possible.

Don't agree with the logic here.
Mads played well against Wednesdays & was forging a decent partnership with Solbauer. In fact, ranked 5th in MoM (3 others agreed with me there).
Aside from the mistake, I also had Mads as our best player on Tuesday with Solbauer a close second. If there'd been a MoM poll, he'd have got my vote again.
I was disappointed he didn't get to start alongside Solbauer on Saturday, but more disappointed that Struber seemed to be siding with the Lynch Mob in his pre match interview.
If anyone thinks Andersen isn't a good signing, then they haven't sussed him out yet!

we’ve all sussed him out, as have the opposition who target him as the weak link every game. The lad will become a good player but he’s cost us around 13/15 points this season so far, but I don’t put the blame on him. The blame has to lay at the managers feet, they’ve made him a scapegoat to a lot of supporters. He’s needed a break since September.

‘Aside from the mistake’. If it was a one off mistake, fair enough, but a fairly basic mistake that he’s made numerous times this season, he deserved dropping. He’ll be a steady enough defender eventually, but we can’t sit and wait for him, when we’ve got a decent pairing in Halme and Sollbauer.

I've watched him all season I've sussed him out alright overall he has had a few good games but mostly been a liability losing possession, clumsy mistakes, charging out of position. He minght come good but he has alot of improving to do.

Well I hope Halme goes on to prove me wrong. Personally I have yet to see Halme have a good game at centre half. When I look at our central defender options (prior to Sollbauer) there was Bambo Diaby, Mads Andersen. Apo Halme and possibly Toby Sibbick to pick from. Giving due regard Andersen and Halme I see two physically weak defenders who get pushed around too easily. Diaby physically stronger but not as good a footballer. I saw a partnership in Diaby and Andersen getting potentially stronger but still with mistakes, then Diaby gets suspended. Halme had a very bad start but then started to play more regularly when Diaby was looking a liability. Its also worth noting that some on here thought Sollbauer was crap and wasn't the answer. So the dilemma is who should be our central pairing? If you were to go with thoughts on here you wouldn't be able to come to a conclusion, only on who should not be playing. I don't envy the coaches position.

Those two had better stay fit. Essentially, they are our only two central defenders.

As clear a penalty as you'll ever see. Surprised the ref gave it.
