Great start to season ....... But

We are now found out....... Gonna be a long hard season...."sigh". Once again.

 

surely we all knew this was going to be a hard season, and maybe a relegation struggle as well. what did we expect after the first 10 games ?

 

I'd save it until the final whistle.....

Why say stuff like this before it's finished? Never understood it.

 

Winnall back on the scoresheet, a first point from a losing position despite playing poorly and 10th after ten games. All in all we should be happy as it could have been worse.

I wouldn't be in an hurry though to keep Watkins wasted on the wing, play Morsy/Scowen in the same team or one up front though leaving two 20 goal a season strikers and our player of the year all on the bench again in an hurry.

 

In what sense are we 'found out'?

We've drawn against a very good Villa side.

The only clear defeat we've took this season was against Brighton away who finished 3rd last season.

We've got lots of options & a manager who keeps showing he can change a game & win us points through subs & changes in formation.

I don't think we've been found out at all

 

Have to agree Django...so many just react to goals as being an indicator of a game..0-1 down we must be s**te...found out...had we pinched it, we must be worldbeaters .
Fair result overall for me , Villa are a good side , I think we'll see that over the season , but to be fair their goal came from pressure we put on ourselves with a few instances of poor passing out to the wide men . Don't let's forget how young this team is ...and let's not forget Villa fielded several international players tonight .

 

And also spent 60m this season

 

I wouldn't say we got found out, it's going to be a funny old season. We'll tonk some teams 4 nil and lose some 5 nil.... thats just the championship for you, I'm delighted with how things are going at the moment.
