    I wonder how much ours totalled as a fair few people donated the £60 refund towards tickets for key workers.

    You could donate the refund money towards tickets for NHS workers , take the flexibility tickets or get a refund for the last few games of the season.

    You could get the 4 tickets to pass on to someone yourself, 'donate them' where the club would pass them on to key workers on your behalf or have a £60 refund.

    Would be interesting how many took the refund and whether they’ve been paid out (not aware of anyone who took that option. Probably why I forgot.) . Wendy’s having real issues on theirs.

    The offer was because we didnt finish the 19/20 season. I think it's too late now, the money would just go back into the club was the default option I think.

    As an aside, I opted for the 4 game flexi ticket last summer. It showed on my box office account all of last season (I think), but it's not there any more. I wonder whether the ticketing system has forgotten to carry them over?

    Mine was there when I renewed but has gone now which is odd because they were supposed to last for 2 seasons.

    I took the refund and received it by bank transfer.
    I renewed for last season and this, my take was that I would take the refund to make the season ticket for last season even cheaper. While I wanted to support the club (which I did) I wasn't comfortable paying so much for iFolllow, because it's $#!t.
