Government funding to help Organisations amidst Covid Crisis

    One batch of funding I am aware of HAS to be used before March 31st. Yet organisations are unable to use it for the purpose it was intended due to Tier Restrictions and Lockdown. Instead of giving an extension, organisations face prospect of giving funding back, because Government rules prevented them from using Government money . Brilliant.
