After thirty eight years service and a recent barrage of criticism, Gordon Taylor has announced he's going to step down as Chief Executive of the Professional Football Association.
It's says in today's Mirror, that Taylors salary last year was £2.9 million. That's an obscene amount of money and is goes to show why members of the PFA want him out. Early signs are they are going to restructure their finances and concentrate their efforts on putting the bulk of their income into supporting the grass roots , re- the players, which is no bad thing.
