Does anyone remember going to these matches? I went to two in Glasgow, one at Ibrox, the other at Firhill. Sheffield selected their teams from Rotherham Barnsley, Donny and the Sheffield two, and Glasgow from their then six clubs. They were played every year, alternating between the two cities. I think they stopped playing them from the 60s.
