Usually take defeats with a pinch of salt but their second goal yesterday was a real gut punch. I was half way up oakwell lane when my son mentioned that we hadn't actually lost for me to realise we had actually drawn the game.
Sure felt like a defeat though

I felt the same yesterday. Should be used to not winning but yesterday was tough because we had managed to score the elusive 2nd goal, and had plenty of chances.

When you play as well as that and don't win, especially against an out of form team, then you worry where the points are going to come from.

Yesterday really was an opportunity wasted.

Pretty much sums up my feelings. Probably best I've seen us play all season yesterday but we still managed to concede two goals, with one of them once again occurring in the last minutes of the match. We'll see what Monday brings but imagine the player's confidence, like mine, may be shot after that.

Yeah I'll be going Monday. Renewed optimism based on yesterday's overall display and Forest's lack of a goal in 4 games.

A positive result at Forest would be 1 defeat in 4, which wouldn't look too bad under normal circumstances.

I fancy the win will come next Saturday against the blunts in a untidy bad tempered game.
