after watching Sunderland rip Portsmouth to pieces in first half I thought it would be a formality second half.
how wrong. For me Sunderland run out of steam and could not keep the tempo up. Something our lads have done in the past. Energy level dropped and fair do to Portsmouth they came back with an equal performance in second half. I was praying for extra time and yes we got it. By the end both teams were cramping up and I bet this next week will take its toll. For Sunderland I think pshycologically it will affect them. Portsmouth could push on . We cannot afford no more blood letting and need to leave young Ben on bench. Get Pinillos on and really get back to our original tempo. If not one of these teams is going to pip us
Points on the board are better than games in hand so here's hoping

Sunderland have been like that all season. They’re a really good team when they get going but they can’t seem to do it for a full match.

Yeah, what we've seen is that they're both decent teams like us, but like us they don't have everything their own way all of the time.

Our fans tend to think we are the only team that falters from time to time, but it's not the case.

Exactly we wouldn’t all be in League One if we could play for 90 minutes every week.

I'm pretty sure that no one thinks that.

I agreed with you on the female presenters, but I felt dirty afterwards.

I almost gave you a like in that thread. Probably would have tipped you over the edge.
