    A boy has as many sisters as brothers, but each sister has only half as many sisters as brothers.

    How many brothers and sisters are there in the family?

    My aunt had 11 children - 10 sons and one daughter. If asked how many children she had she would say '10 sons and each one has a sister!'

    Bang on LG because every boy (4 No) has three brothers and three sisters.
    Every girl ( 3 No) will have four brothers and only two ( half the number of brothers) sisters.
    So as you said, the answer is 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
