    Loads of free meals at Morrisons. Just get a chicken bites meal with wedges from the Chicken counter. Eat it as you go round doing your shop and shove the empty tray and bag on a shelf when you lean forward for some groceries.

    That's great is that Helen. It's a shame it doesn't last through to Christmas - but even saying that, in 2022, in Britain no less, is criminal.
