    They're awesome. A St Petersburg photographer did something similar a few year ago, brilliant and haunting.

    Here's a link to the St Petersburg ones if you're interested. For anyone who knows anything about the Siege of Leningrad and the extent of Russia's losses in WW2, these are both incredible and poignant. @Micky Finn You'll definitely find these of interest after your travels this summer.
