Just launched football manager 2020 and always play as the reds, but just noticed under club culture that the conditions to managing them is:
Do not sign players over 28
Sign players under age of 23 for first team
Play entertaining football
Sign players under 20 for future
Develop players using clubs youth system
Who have sports interactive been talking to?

 

That sounds bizarrely very accurate! Have you got a list of the player’s wages? Would be intrigued to see how much it says they’re on.
