    Absolutely tragic. Heads will roll for this though. I think it was stated that they sold 42000 tickets for a stadium that only holds 38000, there were no away fans and worse still, the panic that lead to the crush appears to have been caused by police firing tear gas which is against FIFA rules.
    Sadly, it sounds like the dead and the injured were the ones trying to escape the trouble.
